Definition of Media Learning:
The word media is plural form of the word medium, the medium can be defined as an intermediary or delivery of communications from the sender towards the receiver (Heinich et. Al., 2002; Ibrahim, 1997; Ibrahim et. Al., 2001). Thus, it can be said that learning is a process of communication. The learning process communication contains five components, namely teachers, instructional materials, instructional media, and student learning goals. Thus, learning media is anything that can be used to deliver the message (learning materials), so as to stimulate the attention, interest, attention and minds of students in learning activities to achieve the learning objectives.
Learning of Media Types:
Lots of media that are used in the delivery of information messages such as learning message:
1. Still images, either in the form of text, newsletters, display boards, slides, film strips, or overhead projector.
2. Motion pictures, both black and white, color, both voice and non-voice.
3. Voice recording in both the tapes and LPs.
4. TV
5. Objects - objects of life, and the simulation model.
6. Instructional or CAI (Computer Assistant Instruction).

3. By using the appropriate media and varied learning can overcome passivity students.
4. Can cause the same perception of a problem.
Importance of Learning Media:
1.Media learning can overcome the limitations of experience possessed by the student.
2.Media learning can go beyond the classroom.
3.Media can instill the basic concepts of the true, concrete, and realistic.
4.Media arouse desires and new interests.
5.Media arouse and stimulate students' motivation to learn.
So,
the media is very important and influential learning is important for the
development of students, in order to improve the quality of student motivation
in learning.
